I just wanted to send you a quick email to say a very big thank you for the absolutely spectacular meat trays you provided for us.

All of the staff at Rio and the attendees of our information evenings were completely blown away by the quality and overall presentation of the meat trays. I was told that the highlight of all the nights was not the information we provided but the raffle for the impressive trays.

I was also told that on the final night the stack of cards that you left was given out with every raffle ticket, so they were able to do some great promotion for you. I was also told that the Seagulls club might be interested in utilizing your services and products, fingers crossed.

Again thank you so much for rustling these up so last minute for us. Everyone here in the Brisbane office is very jealous of the winners having seen the attached photos.

We should be having more information evenings come November so I'm sure we may be requiring your services again then.

It is not possible to provide a great meal without great ingredients; therefore we are really careful about the quality of our suppliers.

We find that the quality of meats from Butcher on Bundock is always very good and the delivery is always on time. If we run out of something, they are really keen to help us out, which to us demonstrates that they have a good understanding of the restaurant trade. On the rare occasion (and it's rare) that we are unhappy with something that they have delivered, they will exchange immediately, and all in all we are extremely happy with the service and the quality that they offer.
